Open to Love

Welcome!

I'm Willow, a devotee of love.

I walk with you as you transform old patterns, come home to embodied connection, honor your body as a temple, and welcome the sacred into daily life as you open to love.

About Willow

My name is Willow Brook (she/her). I am a love coach, interspiritual companion, and earth-rooted educator dedicated to helping people awaken to deeper intimacy, presence, and love. For over a decade, I have guided individuals and groups through transformational spaces around the world, weaving somatic intimacy practices, ritual, meditation, and song to support the alchemy of heartbreak into embodied and nourishing connection.

Through my signature coaching program, Open to Love, I support those who long for fulfilling and soulful relationships with their bodies, partners, and the divine but feel held back by the pain of the past. With compassion and deep presence, I help my clients open their hearts, heal family patterns, and cultivate healthy and spiritually connected relationships with themselves and others. My process blends family-healing practices and heart-opening traditions rooted in Taoism, Tantra, and the Sufi path, along with daily embodiment tools that invite more joy, aliveness, and authentic love into everyday life.

As co-founder of Wild Heart, I also facilitate community grief gatherings and ceremonies rooted in the divine feminine for people of all genders. I invite those I work with to honor their bodies as temples of wisdom and to return home to the love that has been waiting within them all along.

My devotion to this work is both personal and lifelong. Having grown up navigating the complexities of love and loss, I have spent years walking the path of healing and coming home to my own body and to the sacred union I once only dreamed was possible. My background spans classical yoga and asana, formal art education, and spiritual direction, and I draw deeply from the Universal Sufi lineage of Pir-O-Murshid Hazrat Inayat Khan, where my practice centers on deep listening and the spirit of divine guidance within each being.

As a former resident of the interspiritual Lama Foundation community, I integrate social justice and spirituality in my teaching, holding that love and liberation are inseparable. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing ourselves is an act of healing the world.

When I am not coaching or teaching, you can find me savoring delicious food with my partner, dancing in the high desert sunshine, singing, or hosting my podcasts, The Wild Heart Podcast and the upcoming Ecstatic Love, where I explore the intersections of love, spirit, and embodiment.
