This energizing, heart-opening vinyasa yoga class is designed to help you awaken love in the body, open your heart, and create space to feel more open, alive, and ready for connection.

Through intentional heart-opening poses, rhythmic movement, and conscious breath, you’ll gently activate your energy body, expand the chest and shoulders, and invite a deeper sense of confidence, vitality, and receptivity.

This is a yang-inspired flow with uplifting, embodied, and grounding movements created for anyone who longs for love, partnership, and meaningful connection, and wants to begin from the inside out.

All levels of experience are welcome and you will always be encouraged to listen to your body.
