In this 20-minute teaching, I share mindset shifts to prepare you for the Body Blessing audio below. We explore how easily we default to criticizing our bodies and how those internalized messages shape how we show up, how open we are to love, and how fully we say yes to our lives. I invite you to begin seeing your body through the lens of gratitude, recognizing the incredible ways it supports you every day, and even reframing the parts you’ve judged as expressions of your uniqueness. Together, we orient to the sacred, allowing this practice to become an act of devotion. This short training offers a lived experience of cultivating love, respect, and reverence for the body you call home.
